Ben & Julia

"Thank you Julia, you've been fantastic!"

"We're so grateful for Julia! She's incredibly sweet, hardworking, and went above and beyond to help us find the home of our dreams. From start to finish, she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better experience or a more dedicated realtor!"

"I am a first-time home buyer, and Julia was fantastic to work with throughout the home buying process. She was patient with my questions, very responsive, mindful of my budget, and supportive when I was weighing my options. I highly recommend Julia!"

"My husband and I moved to Springfield, Missouri from the East Coast and knew little of the area. Julia was extremely helpful finding out information, connections, and explaining every part of the buying process of our home. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and Julia was on top of answering us quickly and always making sure we understood her responses. Her kindness and true concern for our satisfaction are another two examples of why we regard her so highly. She always had the perfect balance of respecting our desires as buyers and watching out for us as newbies. Even after closing, she has been a great assistance as we settle into our new home. We cannot recommend her enough!"

"Julia is amazing. She really knows the area and was more than helpful in finding the perfect house for us. Julia is a very kind person and was fun to be around. She worked within my time frame after work, setting up several houses in a row in a super organized way to run through each day I was available. There was never any pressure or judgement as she is very professional but also has the human touch of caring what you think and finding out what you really need. She makes herself very available, answering texts and calls quickly above and beyond what I expected. Having Julia at my side made the experience of buying a house less stressful, and fast, easy, and fun. I highly recommend her!"
